Refund Policy
Kaizen Gems cloud sync is $8.99 per month, or $89 per year, with a 14-day free trial. Local single-device use is free and is not part of any subscription.
Free trial
You won't be charged anything during your 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged at all.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account & Sync → Manage subscription inside the app. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for; your subscription simply won't renew after that.
No partial-period refunds
We don't provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period that's already begun. This is standard practice for subscription software and keeps the pricing simple and predictable for everyone.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, or have another good-faith reason a charge seems wrong, contact us, we'll review it individually and make it right where appropriate.
